Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, Google Forms, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Google Forms integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Google Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Google Forms

Google Forms + Signnow + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted, the data is used to create a document from a Signnow template, which is then sent for signature. Upon signature completion (as indicated by a new event), a new row is added to a Google Sheet to record the completion.

Google Forms + Signnow + Slack: Upon submission of a new Google Form, a signature request is sent via Signnow. Once the document is signed (Signnow New Event), a notification is sent to a Slack channel to alert the team.
