Simplesat + Straker Verify + Slack: When a new negative answer is submitted in Simplesat, a project is created in Straker Verify to translate the feedback. Once created, a notification is sent to a Slack channel informing the support team about the negative feedback and the translation request.
Simplesat + Straker Verify + Zendesk: When a new negative answer is received in Simplesat, a project to translate the response is created in Straker Verify. Upon completion of the translation (simulated by confirming the project), the translated text is attached to a Zendesk ticket. If a ticket doesn't exist for that customer, a new one is created.
