Depending on your setup, data should flow between Simplesat and Vitally (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Simplesat and Vitally

Simplesat + Vitally + Slack: When a new negative answer is received in Simplesat, a task is created in Vitally to follow up with the customer. A notification is then sent to the CSM team in Slack to alert them of the negative feedback and the new task.

Vitally + Simplesat + Zendesk: When a user is updated in Vitally (presumably with a lower health score), a Simplesat survey is sent to gather feedback. A Zendesk ticket is also created to track follow-up actions and resolutions for this user.
