Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Sinch, Smartsheet, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Sinch and Smartsheet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and Smartsheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sinch and Smartsheet

Smartsheet + Sinch + Slack: When a new event occurs in a Smartsheet, a pre-defined SMS message is sent via Sinch to a specified phone number. The team also receives a notification in a Slack channel.

Sinch + Smartsheet + Google Sheets: When a new SMS message is received via Sinch, the message details are logged in a Smartsheet row. Subsequently, this row data is appended to a Google Sheet for archiving and analysis.
