Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Sinch and Twist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sinch and Twist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sinch and Twist

Sinch + Twist + Google Sheets: When a new SMS is received by Sinch, a message is posted in a specified Twist channel, and the SMS details (sender, message body, timestamp) are logged to a Google Sheet for analysis.

Twist + Jira + Sinch: When a new message is posted in a Twist conversation, it triggers the creation of a Jira issue. Once the Jira issue is created, an SMS update is sent via Sinch to the user who created the Twist message, notifying them that the issue has been logged.
