Most powerful ways to connect Slack bot and Facebook Messenger

Facebook Messenger + Slack bot + Google Sheets: When a new message is received in Facebook Messenger, the message content and sender information are extracted and added as a new row in a Google Sheet. A message is then sent to a specified Slack channel, notifying the team of the new customer inquiry and including the link to the Google Sheet.

Slack bot + Facebook Messenger + Twilio: When a user sends a message to the Slack bot, the automation checks if the support team is available on chat. If the team is unavailable, an SMS notification is sent to the user via Twilio, informing them that the support team is unavailable and will respond later. A message is sent to Facebook Messenger notifying the user that the support team is unavailable.
