Most powerful ways to connect Slack bot and Google Sheets

Slack bot + OpenAI ChatGPT + Google Sheets: When a user sends a message to a Slack bot, the message is sent to ChatGPT for summarization. The original message and its summary are then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for record-keeping.

Google Sheets + Jira + Slack bot: Monitor a Google Sheet for new rows indicating support requests. When a new row is added, create a corresponding Jira issue. Then, send a notification to a designated Slack channel to alert the team of the new Jira ticket.
