Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Slack bot and Soax integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack bot and Soax (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack bot and Soax

Slack bot + Soax + Google Sheets: When a user sends a message to a Slack bot, the bot uses Soax to determine the user's location via their IP address. This location data, along with the user's query, is then logged in a Google Sheet for analysis.

Soax + Slack bot + Pipedrive: When Soax detects a prospect's location based on their IP, send them a personalized welcome message on Slack, and then add them as a new lead in Pipedrive.
