Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and ClickSend (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack and ClickSend

ClickSend + Google Sheets + Slack: When a new SMS is received in ClickSend, the message content and sender information are added as a new row in a Google Sheet. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team of the new SMS and its corresponding Google Sheet entry.

Pipedrive + ClickSend + Slack: When a new lead is added to Pipedrive, send an SMS to that lead via ClickSend. Subsequently, post a message to a Slack channel notifying relevant team members about the SMS sent to the new Pipedrive lead, facilitating timely follow-up actions.
