Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Slack and Harvest integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and Harvest (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Harvest + Google Calendar + Slack: When a new project is created in Harvest, a new calendar is created in Google Calendar to track project-related events. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new project and calendar.
Harvest + Slack + QuickBooks: When a new invoice is created in Harvest, the invoice details are sent to a Slack channel for approval. If approved (approval process needs to be handled manually in Slack), the same invoice is then created in QuickBooks.
