Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and SmartSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack and SmartSuite

SmartSuite + Google Calendar + Slack: When a record is updated in SmartSuite, specifically when a project phase changes, create an event in Google Calendar and then send a notification in Slack to the team.

SmartSuite + Zoom + Slack: When a new project record is created in SmartSuite, a Zoom meeting is automatically created, and the meeting link is sent to a designated Slack channel.
