Depending on your setup, data should flow between Smartsheet and Amazon Redshift (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Smartsheet and Amazon Redshift

Smartsheet + Amazon Redshift + Slack: When a Smartsheet row is updated, the changes trigger an update to the corresponding data in Amazon Redshift. If the update results in a budget change exceeding a threshold (determined by a Select Rows Using Custom SQL query in Redshift), a Slack message is sent to a specified channel alerting the team.

Smartsheet + Amazon Redshift + Tableau: When new events occur in Smartsheet, updated data is reflected in Amazon Redshift. A select rows action will query the updated data. The updated data is then used to trigger and automatically generate and update Tableau reports, giving an up-to-date visualization of data changes.
