Depending on your setup, data should flow between Smartsheet and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Smartsheet and Jira

Smartsheet + Jira + Slack: When a row is updated in Smartsheet, a corresponding Jira issue is created. The project team is then notified in Slack about the new Jira issue.

Jira + Smartsheet + Google Sheets: When a Jira issue is updated (specifically, when it's resolved), the resolution time is recorded in a Smartsheet. This Smartsheet data is then summarized and updated in a Google Sheet for reporting.
