Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Smartsheet and Strava integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Smartsheet and Strava (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Smartsheet and Strava

Strava + Smartsheet + Slack: When a new Strava activity is recorded, the details are compared against goals defined in Smartsheet. If the activity meets or exceeds the goals, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel.

Strava + Smartsheet + Google Sheets: When a new Strava activity is recorded, data such as distance and duration are logged into a Smartsheet sheet. Weekly stats like total distance and average pace are then calculated and summarized in Google Sheets.
