Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring SmartSuite, SpaceX, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the SmartSuite and SpaceX integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SmartSuite and SpaceX (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SmartSuite and SpaceX

SpaceX + SmartSuite + Slack: When a new SpaceX launch is scheduled, a task is created in SmartSuite to track related activities. The team is then notified in a Slack channel about the new launch and the created task.

SpaceX + SmartSuite + Google Sheets: Retrieves data for a specific SpaceX launch and logs this data into a SmartSuite record. Then, key metrics from the SmartSuite record are summarized and updated in a Google Sheet.
