Depending on your setup, data should flow between SmartSuite and Wachete (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SmartSuite and Wachete

Wachete + SmartSuite + Slack: When Wachete detects a change on a competitor's website based on its monitoring settings, a new record is created in SmartSuite to analyze the change. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the update and the newly created SmartSuite record.

Wachete + SmartSuite + Email: If Wachete detects a specific keyword on a monitored website, an item is created in SmartSuite to track this occurrence. Following this, an email notification is sent via SMTP to a specified recipient, informing them about the keyword detection and the corresponding SmartSuite item.
