Depending on your setup, data should flow between Smsapi and Webhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Smsapi and Webhook

Smsapi + Webhook + Google Sheets: When an SMS message is received via a webhook, the content of the message and other relevant details are logged as a new row in a Google Sheet for analysis and record-keeping.

Webhook + Smsapi + Pipedrive: When a webhook receives an SMS, a new lead is created in Pipedrive containing the sender's information and the message content. This helps capture potential customers directly from SMS interactions.
