Create a New Scenario to Connect Soax and TidyCal
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Soax, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Soax or TidyCal will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Soax or TidyCal, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Soax node, select TidyCal from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within TidyCal.

Authenticate TidyCal
Now, click the TidyCal node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your TidyCal settings. Authentication allows you to use TidyCal through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Soax, TidyCal, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Soax and TidyCal integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Soax and TidyCal (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
TidyCal + Soax + Slack: When a new booking is made in TidyCal, identify the lead details using Soax. Based on the Soax results, send a notification to a Slack channel with the lead information and booking details.
TidyCal + Soax + Google Sheets: Upon a new booking in TidyCal, use Soax to gather lead details. Then, log the booking information along with the associated lead data into a Google Sheet for future analysis.
