Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Soax, Typeform, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Soax and Typeform integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Soax and Typeform (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Soax and Typeform

Typeform + Soax + Slack: When a new submission is received in Typeform, Soax performs a Google Search based on the submitter's IP address (or other relevant data). If the search returns results indicating a potential risk, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel.

Typeform + Soax + Airtable: Upon a new submission in Typeform, the submitter's IP address is used with Soax to gather location information. This location data, along with the original Typeform submission data, is then stored as a new record in Airtable.
