Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Soax, Webflow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Soax and Webflow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Soax and Webflow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Soax and Webflow

Soax + Webflow + Google Sheets: This automation scrapes product data from Google Search using Soax, creates corresponding product entries in Webflow, and logs these entries in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for tracking and analysis.

Webflow + Soax + Slack: When a new collection item is added in Webflow, this automation utilizes Soax to search for similar content from competitors on Google. If similar content is found, a Slack message is sent to the marketing team, alerting them of potential competitive content.
