Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Soax, Woodpecker, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Soax and Woodpecker integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Soax and Woodpecker (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Soax and Woodpecker

Woodpecker + Soax + Hunter.io: When a new prospect is created or updated in Woodpecker, use Soax to search Google for more information about the prospect. Unfortunately, Hunter.io is not supported, so enriching the prospect data is limited to Google search results.

Woodpecker + Soax + Google Sheets: Log Woodpecker campaign results and IP addresses used via Soax to Google Sheets for performance analysis. When an email is sent in Woodpecker, log the event along with the IP address (hypothetically obtained via Soax, though there is no direct Soax trigger or action for IP retrieval) to Google Sheets.
