Most powerful ways to connect Soax and Zoho Desk

Soax + Zoho Desk + Slack: When a suspicious IP is flagged (simulated via a Google Search in Soax), a ticket is created in Zoho Desk. Then, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to notify the security team.

Zoho Desk + Soax + Airtable: When a new ticket comment is added in Zoho Desk, the workflow extracts the IP address (if present). It enriches this IP information via Soax and logs the enriched data in Airtable.
