Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the SOS Inventory and 7todos integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SOS Inventory and 7todos (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SOS Inventory and 7todos

SOS Inventory + 7todos + Slack: When inventory falls below a certain threshold (using a hypothetical trigger that monitors stock levels, since a direct trigger isn't available), create a task in 7todos to reorder the item and send a Slack message to the purchasing manager.

7todos + SOS Inventory + Email: When a task is created in 7todos, automatically update the related inventory in SOS Inventory with some properties and notify the team via email. We use 7todos task creation as the trigger since completion trigger is not available.
