Create a New Scenario to Connect SOS Inventory and ClickMeeting

Configure the SOS Inventory
Click on the SOS Inventory node to configure it. You can modify the SOS Inventory URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the ClickMeeting Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the SOS Inventory node, select ClickMeeting from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within ClickMeeting.

Authenticate ClickMeeting
Now, click the ClickMeeting node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your ClickMeeting settings. Authentication allows you to use ClickMeeting through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring SOS Inventory, ClickMeeting, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the SOS Inventory and ClickMeeting integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SOS Inventory and ClickMeeting (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
ClickMeeting + SOS Inventory + Slack: When a new registrant signs up for a product demo in ClickMeeting, the automation checks stock levels in SOS Inventory. If the product is in stock, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about the new demo and stock availability.
ClickMeeting + SOS Inventory + Google Sheets: When a new attendee joins a ClickMeeting webinar, their information is logged in Google Sheets. The automation also checks the inventory levels of products discussed during the webinar in SOS Inventory and adds this data to the Google Sheet for each attendee.
