Most powerful ways to connect SOS Inventory and Google Chat

SOS Inventory + Google Chat + Slack: When a low stock alert is triggered in SOS Inventory (simulated by a new shipment), a message is sent to a Google Chat space. A daily summary of these alerts is then sent to a designated Slack channel.

Google Chat + SOS Inventory + Airtable: When a new message requesting a product is received in Google Chat, a new record is created in Airtable. The inventory is then updated in SOS Inventory. Since there's no direct trigger for product requests, we use any new message in chat as the starting point.
