Create a New Scenario to Connect SOS Inventory and Toggl Track
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Click on the SOS Inventory node to configure it. You can modify the SOS Inventory URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the SOS Inventory node, select Toggl Track from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Toggl Track.

Authenticate Toggl Track
Now, click the Toggl Track node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Toggl Track settings. Authentication allows you to use Toggl Track through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring SOS Inventory, Toggl Track, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the SOS Inventory and Toggl Track integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SOS Inventory and Toggl Track (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
SOS Inventory + Toggl Track + Slack: When a new shipment is created in SOS Inventory, a time entry is automatically started in Toggl Track to track the time spent on packing and shipping. Once the shipment is completed, the time entry is stopped and a notification is sent to a Slack channel to inform the team.
Toggl Track + SOS Inventory + QuickBooks: When a new time entry is created in Toggl Track, it updates the inventory usage in SOS Inventory. Once the time entry is stopped, it creates an invoice in QuickBooks based on the billable hours and updated inventory information.
