Create a New Scenario to Connect SOS Inventory and Zoho CRM
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Click on the SOS Inventory node to configure it. You can modify the SOS Inventory URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the SOS Inventory node, select Zoho CRM from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Zoho CRM.

Authenticate Zoho CRM
Now, click the Zoho CRM node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Zoho CRM settings. Authentication allows you to use Zoho CRM through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring SOS Inventory, Zoho CRM, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the SOS Inventory and Zoho CRM integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SOS Inventory and Zoho CRM (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
SOS Inventory + QuickBooks + Zoho CRM: When a sales order is created in SOS Inventory, create a corresponding customer record in QuickBooks if one doesn't exist. Then, update the related opportunity in Zoho CRM to reflect the new sales order.
Zoho CRM + SOS Inventory + Slack: When a deal is created or updated in Zoho CRM, check if there is a 'Closed Won' status. If so, create a sales order in SOS Inventory and notify the shipping team in Slack via a public channel message.
