Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Squarespace, Jira, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Squarespace and Jira integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Squarespace and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Squarespace and Jira

Squarespace + Jira + Slack: When a new transaction occurs on Squarespace (e.g., a form submission), a new issue is created in Jira. The team is then notified in a Slack channel about the new issue.

Jira + Google Sheets + Squarespace: When a Jira issue is updated (e.g., resolved), the update, including key information like the issue ID and resolution date, is added as a new row in a Google Sheet. This Google Sheet can then be embedded on a Squarespace page to display public metrics.
