Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Squarespace and Volunteero integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Squarespace and Volunteero (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Squarespace and Volunteero

Squarespace + Volunteero + Slack: When a new form submission is received in Volunteero, triggered by a new transaction in Squarespace, a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel to alert the volunteer coordinator.

Volunteero + Google Sheets + Squarespace: When a volunteer's information is updated in Volunteero, the corresponding row in a Google Sheet is updated. The data from the Google Sheet is then displayed on a public-facing Squarespace page, allowing for real-time volunteer hour tracking.
