Automate your Google Business review workflow with AI

This automation solution helps businesses and reputation management teams efficiently monitor and respond to Google Business Profile reviews. It automatically captures new reviews, uses AI to generate personalized response suggestions, sends differentiated Slack notifications (urgent alerts for negative reviews, celebration messages for positive ones), and logs the data into a Google Sheets spreadsheet for tracking and analysis.

The workflow is triggered by the Google Business Profile API, requiring the business's account and location IDs. It then formats the review details, processes the responses through an AI/NLP service, and sends notifications via Slack before storing the information in a Google Sheet. This end-to-end automation helps local businesses, restaurants, retailers, and service providers stay on top of customer feedback and respond promptly with thoughtful, AI-generated responses.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
