Automatically sync new LearnWorlds user data to a Google Sheets spreadsheet

This automation simplifies record-keeping for new LearnWorlds users by automatically creating a Google Sheets spreadsheet to store their relevant data.

Whenever a new student joins a LearnWorlds course, their information is directly added to a designated spreadsheet, saving time and reducing the risk of errors compared to manual data entry. The workflow integrates with the LearnWorlds online learning platform and Google Sheets, providing a centralized and accessible location to track user data and progress.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
