Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring 7todos, Databricks, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the 7todos and Databricks integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between 7todos and Databricks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect 7todos and Databricks

7todos + Databricks + Slack: When a task is created in 7todos, trigger a Databricks job run to analyze team productivity. Once the job completes, send a summary of the results to a designated Slack channel.

Jira + Databricks + 7todos: When a Jira issue is created, trigger a Databricks job run to analyze bug report trends. Upon completion, create a corresponding task in 7todos to address the trend.
