How to connect AI: Minimax and Google AppSheet
Create a New Scenario to Connect AI: Minimax and Google AppSheet
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a AI: Minimax, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, AI: Minimax or Google AppSheet will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find AI: Minimax or Google AppSheet, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the AI: Minimax Node
Select the AI: Minimax node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AI: Minimax, Google AppSheet, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI: Minimax and Google AppSheet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI: Minimax and Google AppSheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI: Minimax and Google AppSheet
Google AppSheet + AI: Minimax + Slack: When a new record is added to Google AppSheet (e.g., customer feedback), Minimax analyzes the text of the record to identify key insights. These insights are then posted to a specified Slack channel.
Google AppSheet + AI: Minimax + Gmail: When new records are added to Google AppSheet, Minimax generates a summary of the data. This summary is then sent as an email to stakeholders on a regular basis using Gmail.
