Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI: Text-To-Speech and Apollo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI: Text-To-Speech and Apollo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI: Text-To-Speech and Apollo
Apollo + AI: Text-To-Speech + Slack: When a contact is updated in Apollo, the automation uses AI to convert contact information into speech, creating an audio summary that is then sent as a message to a specified Slack channel.
Apollo + Google Sheets + AI: Text-To-Speech: When a new contact is created in Apollo, the automation adds a row in a Google Sheet with the contact's details. Then, the information is used for Text-To-Speech and is recorded. (The AI part is not fully implemented in this automation).
