Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Alegra, Databricks, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Alegra and Databricks integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Alegra and Databricks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Alegra and Databricks

Alegra + Databricks + Google Sheets: When a new sales invoice is created in Alegra, the data is sent to Databricks for analysis. Key insights are then extracted from Databricks and saved to a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.

Alegra + Databricks + Slack: When a new sales invoice is created in Alegra, the data is sent to Databricks for anomaly detection. If an anomaly is detected, a notification is sent to the finance team on Slack for investigation.
