Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Alegra, Ontraport, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Alegra and Ontraport integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Alegra and Ontraport (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Alegra and Ontraport
Alegra + Ontraport + Slack: When a new contact is created in Ontraport, the automation checks if the same contact exists in Alegra. If the contact exists in both platforms, a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel.
Ontraport + Alegra + Google Sheets: When a new contact is created in Ontraport, its details are added as a new row in a Google Sheet. Subsequently, when a new sales invoice is created in Alegra, its details are also added as a new row in the same Google Sheet, providing a combined log.
