Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Asana and Fireflies integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Asana and Fireflies (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Asana and Fireflies

Fireflies + Asana + Slack: When a new transcript is available in Fireflies, a task is created in Asana with a summary. Slack then sends a message to a specified channel notifying of the new task with a link to the Asana task.

Fireflies + Asana + Google Calendar: When a new transcript is available in Fireflies, search for tasks related to the meeting in Asana. If tasks are found, extract the deadline and create a follow-up meeting in Google Calendar based on that deadline.
