Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Asana, Pushbullet, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Asana and Pushbullet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Asana and Pushbullet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Asana and Pushbullet

Asana + Pushbullet + Slack: When a new story is created in Asana, a push notification is sent via Pushbullet, followed by a celebratory message in a dedicated Slack channel.

Pushbullet + Asana + Google Calendar: When a new push notification is received in Pushbullet, a corresponding task is created in Asana. Additionally, a time block is created in Google Calendar to follow up on the Asana task.
