Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Asana, Straker Verify, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Asana and Straker Verify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Asana and Straker Verify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Asana and Straker Verify
Asana + Straker Verify + Slack: When a task is created in Asana, Straker Verify checks the content (simulated by downloading a dummy file). If the verification process is successful (also simulated), a Slack message is sent to a specified channel, notifying the project manager of the task completion and assumed approval.
Straker Verify + Asana + Google Sheets: After a file is processed by Straker Verify (simulated by downloading a file), the corresponding Asana task is updated with the processing status, and the information is logged in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
