Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and Phantombuster (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Atera and Phantombuster
Atera + Phantombuster + Slack: When a new or updated contact is detected in Atera, Phantombuster launches a phantom to find additional contact information. If the phantom finds new data, Slack sends a direct message to the relevant technician with the updated details.
Phantombuster + Atera + Google Sheets: Phantombuster gathers customer data. Atera uses the gathered data to update existing customer tickets. Google Sheets then tracks the overall ticket performance and updates based on the changes in Atera.
