Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Atera, Stripe, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Atera and Stripe integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and Stripe (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Atera and Stripe
Stripe + Atera + Slack: When a payment event occurs in Stripe, specifically a failed payment, a ticket is created in Atera to track the issue. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team.
Stripe + Google Sheets + Atera: When a new payment event occurs in Stripe, the transaction details are logged in a Google Sheet. If the transaction is related to an Atera customer, the relevant Atera customer information will be included in the Google Sheet entry to assist in support ticket tracking. Because Atera integration with Google Sheets is implicit in writing customer data related to the Stripe transaction, no explicit Atera action is triggered. The customer information needs to be prepared by a JS Script node.
