Depending on your setup, data should flow between BambooHR and Databricks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect BambooHR and Databricks

BambooHR + Databricks + Slack: When employee data is updated in BambooHR, it triggers a Databricks job run to update reports. Once the job is complete, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the data team.

Databricks + BambooHR + Jira: When Databricks identifies a skills gap through a query, a Jira task is created to update BambooHR with new training requirements, ensuring employee records reflect necessary skill development needs.
