Depending on your setup, data should flow between Basecamp and OpenPhone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Basecamp and OpenPhone

Basecamp + OpenPhone + Slack: When a new project is created in Basecamp, a new OpenPhone number is created for that project. The team is then notified via a Slack channel about the new project and its associated OpenPhone number.

OpenPhone + Basecamp + Google Sheets: When a call ends in OpenPhone, the call details are added to a Google Sheet. Then, a summary of project progress, based on the call details in the sheet, is added as a new message to a Basecamp project.
