Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bouncer and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Bouncer and Zendesk

Bouncer + Zendesk + Slack: When Bouncer identifies a failed email verification, a new ticket is created in Zendesk, and a notification is sent to the support team in Slack.

Zendesk + Bouncer + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, the email associated with the ticket is verified using Bouncer. The results of the email verification, along with the ticket details, are then added to a Google Sheet for analysis.
