Depending on your setup, data should flow between Browser Use and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Browser Use and Zendesk

Browser Use + Zendesk + Slack: When a specific browser task completes, indicating a recurring user issue, search for related Zendesk tickets. If tickets are found, post an update with the browser task results to a designated Slack channel for awareness.

Zendesk + Browser Use + Google Sheets: When a new Zendesk ticket is created, the automation searches for specific URLs within the ticket description using Browser Use. The URL, along with the ticket information, is then logged into a Google Sheet for issue tracking and analysis.
