In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Canva, Zendesk, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Canva and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Canva and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Canva and Zendesk
Zendesk + Canva + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, the automation checks if the ticket description contains a request for marketing materials. If it does, a design draft is automatically created in Canva, and a notification is sent to the marketing team in Slack.
Zendesk + Canva + Google Drive: When a ticket is updated in Zendesk and a linked Canva design exists as an attachment, the design is copied to a specified Google Drive folder. This creates an archive of visuals associated with resolved Zendesk tickets.
