Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Caspio, Streamtime, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caspio and Streamtime integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caspio and Streamtime (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Caspio and Streamtime
Caspio + Streamtime + Slack: When a new table event occurs in Caspio, indicating updated project details, the automation finds the corresponding project team members in Streamtime and sends a Slack notification to them, keeping everyone informed of the changes.
Streamtime + Caspio + Google Sheets: When a job is completed in Streamtime, its data is used to update the project tracking information in Caspio. This updated information in Caspio then triggers a sync to Google Sheets, adding a new row for reporting purposes.
