Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clio and Formstack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Clio and Formstack
Formstack + Clio + Google Sheets: When a new form submission is received in Formstack, a new contact and matter are created in Clio, and key data from the submission is added to a Google Sheets spreadsheet for tracking.
Formstack + Clio + Docusign: Upon receiving a new form submission in Formstack, client information is used to pre-fill a Docusign contract, which is then sent for signature. After sending, a new matter is created in Clio and linked to the contract.
