Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clio and Google tasks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Clio and Google tasks
Clio + Google Tasks + Slack: When a new case (Matter) is created in Clio, a corresponding task is automatically created in Google Tasks. Subsequently, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel to notify the legal team about the new case and its associated task.
Google Tasks + Clio + Google Calendar: When a task in Google Tasks is marked as completed, this triggers an update to the associated case (Matter) in Clio. Following the update in Clio, a follow-up event is created in Google Calendar to remind the user to review the case.
