Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Clio, Render, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Clio and Render integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clio and Render (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Clio and Render

Clio + Render + Slack: When a new contact is added in Clio, a new service is created in Render to set up a dedicated environment, and a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about the deployment.

Render + Clio + Google Sheets: When a new deployment is triggered in Render, the deployment data is logged in a Google Sheet. Also, the corresponding client information is updated in Clio.
